Dear Bill,

We had an absolutely wonderful time. It was exactly what we were looking for and more. All we did the entire week was sit by the beach. Our daily routine consisted of; get up, eat, head to the beach, bathroom breaks every 20 minutes, come back for lunch, head back to beach, bathroom breaks every 20 minutes, come back for dinner, head back to beach to watch sunset. Of course, in-between there were margaritas, motorcycle rides and trips to explore the surrounding area. We loved that there was nothing to do. We have a cabin up north with no phones or television and our kids love it, so this was the perfect "southern" version.

The ride down was WET. It rained the entire trip down, but that was ok. All of the rain made a great "pond" in front of the ocean for our kids to play in. Not a drop of rain while we were there though. Weather was 76 or higher the whole time, water was warm, wind kept it cool at the beach so you never realized how fried you were getting until later that night. :) We all used SPF40 or higher several times/day so none of us got too bad, but ended up with great tans! Only one of us got sun poisoning, and he is extremely fair, so we bought an umbrella for him to still enjoy the beach with us.

All in all a wonderful week. None of us wanted to leave. With 10 of us there, we were surprisingly comfortable. We all thought you were brave for putting in white carpet though. :) Falling asleep in the master bedroom listening to the ocean was treat. What a great breeze all day. That is the only unfortunate part about staying in the guest room on the main floor. :)

I want you to know that we had a fabulous time and we are planning on coming back next year once we find out the date for Spring Break.

Thanks for everything Bill, you and your family have a wonderful, inviting home and we look forward to coming back. And by the way we are all still friends after living together for a week - many people have asked us that. :)

My kids counted XXX Pineapples total in and around the house. They counted every one on each plate and potholder individually, and had fun doing it. They have requested a breakdown of where each one is, if you have a list (ok, so they get that from me, what can I say!)
