We arrived at Pineapple Plantation Monday afternoon. Our daughter's husband, Marlen, was not able to come on Monday because of work so my mother came in his place. She stayed until Wednesday and went back home with Julie, our daughter. Then on Thursday night, Julie came back and brought her husband for 2 nights. We were not able to get a full group picture so I am sending spot photos that will include everyone. You can use whatever you want.

We were pleased with the choice that we made to go to Pineapple Plantation. Everything was well furnished, clean, and in working order. You asked for negative comments so I will tell you the little things that might need need your attention. We could not get the toaster to work. (I left a note on the toaster saying that it did not work.) When we got there, the air-conditioner filters were clogged up, but my husband called Coastal Joe Tuesday morning, and they got in touch with the maintenance man who came by noon to take care of the situation. When we got ready to make up the beds, some of the sheets were in the wrong place. We had a king size sheet for one of the bunk beds, and a bunk bed sheet for the queen-size bed. But after we got it straigtened out, everything was good. We never did find any kitchen towels or dish cloths, but I had brought some extra bath cloths that washed the dishes and the hand towels from the bathrooms made good drying cloths for the dishes. A dish drainer would have been helpful and would have eliminated the need of some of the dish towels. I started to buy one, but did not since it was almost time for us to leave. Those were just minor inconveninences, but I thought you might need to know about them since you seem to want to have everything in good order.

Again, we enjoyed our stay. We just wish it could have been longer. Seems like it was time to pack up and leave right after we got settled in. Anything else you need, let me know.
