My daughter and I recently joined friends for a Spring Break trip to Cape San Blas. Our group stayed at Pineapple Plantation and had such a wonderful time. The house was absolutely perfect for us.

Dear Mr. Reid and Family,

Just a note to let you know we had a great great time at your beach house. The house was really nice, the weather was almost perfect, we loved the area, and the children enjoyed the pool.

We visited the local sights from the two little markets, the restaurants, and the state park. Loved the Sunset Grill where we had our own private dining room. Liked Beachcombers just fine. Tried, liked, but were hopeful for our health after eating at Steamers and the Raw Bar. The trip to the park was fun for most of us. My oldest is not really the nature fan of our family and was a little "freaked" by all the crabs running around. As a group we loved it. We rented a two-person kayak, ate a picnic lunch, took the nature trail hike, saw the alligator, waded in the Bay, crossed over to the beach side, and got a little too much sun. :)

We loved the screened deck on the house and ate breakfast there most mornings. We also spent a good deal of time there in the evenings.

All in all we will probably return next year. Also, my husband is interested in visiting there this summer. Any summer deals available? :)
